Ayurveda recognizes our individual tendencies, and how we perceive the environment taken in with our 5 senses, so we may create a custom balance. And it starts with determining the dosha, or Ayurvedic constitution.

The word dosha is translated as fault....
WHICH DOES NOT MEAN TO SAY IT'S THE WAYS THAT YOU ARE BROKEN.

Your dosha outlines the ways you may be most likely to fall out of balance. How stress affects one person's mind/body is different from another.
